Assembly
With the riser printed, you’re ready to assemble the kit.
Step 1: Attach LED Strip to Riser
Clean the riser channel where the LED strip will be mounted
- Wipe with a clean rag and some isopropyl alcohol to ensure a clean mounting surface for best adhesion
- Let dry completely
Peel the adhesive backing from the LED strip
- Start from one end, don’t peel it all at once
Start at the back of the riser where the wiring cable enters
- This ensures proper fit and cable routing
- Align the LED strip connector end with the cable exit point
Carefully align and press the LED strip into the channel
- Work from the back toward the front
- Press firmly along the entire length
- Make sure the strip sits flat without twists
Step 2: Mount the Control Board
Locate the mounting position on the back of the riser
- The control board attaches to the rear of the riser
Secure the control board to the riser
- Use the included mounting bolts and nuts
Step 3: Connect the LED Strip
Route the LED strip cable from the riser to the control board
- Keep cables tidy and away from moving parts
Connect the LED strip connector to the control board
- The connector only fits one way
- Push until it clicks securely
